We are proud to offer our customers honest service with integrity and compassion. We back most of our services with a warranty. Each of our services might have a different warranty which your technician will go over with you. For general pest control services and honey bee services we do ask 5-7 days for you to allow the medications to take affect as well as call us so we can catch insects within their breeding cycle.

Not all medications are going to be effective on the breed of roaches you have. Roaches may develop resistannce to insecticides  and their offspring are bred to resist the products their parents have become immune to. This requires us to learn your locations needs, if you find the activity still remains after a service we need to know the areas of activity, the size of insect you're seeing as well as activity level. We honor our warranty, however if you do not contact our office until the last few days of your warranty there is no gauranty we are going to be able to get a handle on your locations issue. This is why we request you call us within 5-6 days of seeing activity.
